Day 3 – WAKE UP & MAKE SHIT HAPPEN

Good Morning, let’s start Making Shit Happen…

Losing weight is actually a really simple formula…

Eat Less + Move More = Results

It really is as simple as that. The Health & Fitness sector is multi-billion industry, but the facts are the facts, If you follow the above formula you will see results. Below are 8 simple steps to follow right now to kick start your day.

1 – Get UP NOW… No Snooze TODAY

2- Drink a pint of cold water

3- 5 Minutes of Stretching, Start with your Kneck and work down to your feet.

4 – 10 Press Ups… GO GO GO

5 – 10 Sit Ups… Yes FATTY that’s right 10 Sits up

6 – 10 Squats… Straight back, put your weight through your heels, NOT YOUR TOES

7 – 60 Second rest then repeat steps 4, 5 & 6 ( repeat again if you feel comfortable to do so)

8 – Text me back with your name and telling me you have completed the above.

For some of you, this will be a walk in the park, for others, this will feel like a marathon. Whatever stage you are at, the simple ACT of doing something the moment you wake up will energise and motivate you for the new day ahead.
