The Days ‘Plan of Attack’

I’ve decided to blog what I get up to in this November Challenge that started on the 1st November.

I am not going to lie… I didn’t have the best weekend, no exercises and overindulged on the food front!! darn you Lidl Pastries!!

But, However, I’m determined to get results and plan to not let this little set back ruin the challenge for me. I’m going to share as much as possible with anyone who is interested via blog posts.

Monday 4th November 2019 PLAN of ATTACK

  • 5 am Wake Up
  • Drink Water
  • 1 Mile run & 1 Mile walk
  • Black Coffee
  • 10 min meditation
  • 1-hour work

7 AM

  • Green Shake and Supplements
  • Help sort the kids
  • Shower & Get ready

8 AM – 11 AM

  • Work

11 AM

  • 1 Mile Run and 1 Mile Walk
  • Black Coffee

12 PM – 4 PM

  • Work
  • 10 Press Ups
  • 10 Sit-Ups
  • 10 Squats

Well, this may not seem like to much exercise, in reality, if you had shown me this last year, I would have said the same. However, I’m pretty out of shape at the moment, so I’m determined not to overdo it and get another injury as that is one of the reasons I’m in this position right now. ( that, coupled with my bad habit of having to eat till I’m bursting at the seams!)

You may have noticed that I have not mentioned any food? This is because I like to intermittent fast, I will break my fasting at around 5 pm – 6 pm with a balanced, healthy dinner ( yet to be confirmed ).
