You pay a small fee each month and this prepays for the the annual boiler service and/or any other features specific to the package you select. for example, if you signed up in April 2020 to the WarmaHome Boiler Care + you would pay 12 x £11.99 and the boiler service & extra features would be completed in April 2021.
It is a 12 month maintenance agreement, but that said, being a family owned and operated business we understand that life can change. So always contact us to discuss your situation as we will always look to help you.

Well, Put simply we take the air out of the radiators and adjust the flow and return to ensure the heating system is performing at its best, Ready for when you need it! We will also visually check the radiators for any signs of distress and advised accordingly.
When we refer to the words Central Heating System this means everything to do with the heating system from Radiator Valves, Thermostats, Controls, Pumps and heating system pipework.
When you join one of a WarmaHome Packages you will become a Priority Customer, This means that we will prioritise you when you need us. This means we will get out to you much faster.
As a thank you for being a loyal customer, you will get an exclusive discount applied on future work (Discount rate subject to package you join). This discount can be applied to Parts & Labour on any job up to the value of £500. Jobs that may exceed this amount will not be eligible.
